General Terms and Conditions of Quote acceptance and Purchase
All work is to be performed during NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS - Monday thru Friday 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Project quote reflects standard labor rate. Overtime, Evening, Weekends and Holiday(s) work day expansion is available at the convenience of the customer @ (1.5 x) the standard quoted labor rate. The cost (if requested by the Customer) will be added to the final billing cycle and is the responsibility of the Customer. Quotes are based on all work being completed concurrently during regular business hours and is not intended to be broken out separately. Quotes specifically exclude anything outside of the scope of work listed in quotations, including but not limited to; plumbing modifications, electrical modifications, off-site monitoring, fire sprinkler riser modifications, backflow prevention, hydraulic calculations of the fire sprinkler system, relocation or upsizing of sprinkler mains or branch lines, permits, reviews by a professional engineer, cutting or patching of sheet rock, painting, fire watch and any other deficiencies that may be present. Any additional work will be completed at the Customer's request on a time and material basis by change order request. All proposals may be withdrawn if not accepted in 15 days.
Warranty:
Iridium Protection/TBFS and/or Licensed Agent(s) provide a warranty term of (1) Year: Parts and Labor
Re-Stocking:
Customer's may be responsible for a re-stocking charge/fee of up to (40% + S&H) unless otherwise specified within the Work Estimate.
Pricing:
All Prices reflect current market standards at the time of quotation and are subject to change.
Extended Service Area:
Additional charges may apply for travel outside geographical areas.
Indemnification:
Customer shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Iridium Protection, LLC, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, assignees, licensees, and the directors, officers, agents, employees and representatives of the foregoing from all claims, costs, liabilities and damages (including reasonable outside attorneys' fees) arising out of any third party claim arising from or relating to any breach of any representation, warranty or agreement by Customer hereunder, or arising from or relating to Customer's gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
